What FocusCrew is

A Pomodoro timer with a small crew behind it. You create an account, run focus sessions, keep tasks, and optionally join a crew.

It is early. Features change, and the product is under active development.

Your account

You need a valid email address. Keep your password to yourself — anyone who has it can sign in as you. One account per person.

You must be 16 or older, or have a guardian’s consent.

What it costs

Nothing today. If that changes, you will be told before it applies to you, and never retroactively.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to falsify focus data, disrupt the service, access other people’s accounts, or use crews to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

Your data

Yours. What we store and why is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for your account to be erased at any time.

No warranty

FocusCrew is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost focus data beyond what the law requires. Keep nothing here that you could not stand to lose.

Ending it

You can stop using FocusCrew and request erasure whenever you like. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will say why.

Governing law

German law applies, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection rules.
